a) Full payment made for one academic year will be entitled for a 5% DISCOUNT.
b) Grade 12 Classes are for 2 terms only

Terms and Conditions
The Application Fee are due upon submission of the Application Form.

Full payment of the school fee’s balance including deposits shall be made no less than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of classes (“Commencement Date”).
Tuition fees are based on 3 Terms for each Academic Year except G12 which is only for 2 Terms. Live tutorial for G12 charges per credit is in CAD (Canada Dollars).
All fees made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment can be made by cheque, online transfer or credit card/debit card at the payment courter.

Invoices for subsequent terms will be issued in November and March. Payment are to be made within 30 days of the date of invoice.
The School reserves the right to adjust the fees structure with prior notice of not less than 6 months.
With regard to school rules, insurance, admission forms and circulars, the words “ term “ and “Semester” shall be interchangeable and serve the same purpose.
A 5% (five percent late payment penalty will be imposed after 7 days from the due date.

Refund Policy:

The Application fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
The security deposit is refundable with a one term (4 months) advance notice of withdrawal.
The security deposit will be refunded upon completion of programme less any amount chargeable due to unreturned library books, fines, unpaid damages, fees, etc.
Parents shall submit the Refund Deposit Form within 30 calendar days from their child’s last date of examination.
